Email Alerts

Easily opt-in or opt-out of form response email alerts using our Email Alerts feature.

Simply navigate to a form you wish to change the alerts for, and go to the Settings page, then Sending page.

You’ll then see the Email Alerts* section with a toggle switch. Enable or disable alerts by adjusting the switch.

Configuring Email Alerts Per Workspace Member

Any workspace members you’ve invited (to a project or as a workspace admin) will appear in the list of email addresses. From here, you can exclude any users that may not wish to receive alerts.

Using Email Alerts is great when paired with Email Routing as it gives flexibility for the form creator to opt out, and let Email Routing* send to the applicable recipients only.

Alternatively, if you simply don’t want form response emails, you can disable the Email Alerts for your email, or others within your workspace.
