Add a final layer of finesse to your form page by adding a custom favicon. A favicon is the tiny image, or icon, in the browser tab when viewing your form.
Head across to the Settings page in your form, and select the Sharing tab. From here, upload your custom favicon and preview it:
Supported formats include ICO, PNG, JPG or JPEG format, with a maximum file size of 1MB.
🚀 We’d recommend a
64x64dimension favicon, whilst keeping the file size to a minimum for performance purposes (e.g. 10KB), but there is a 1MB allowance.
Once your favicon is uploaded, you’ll see it within our mockup browser tabs to give you an impression of what it’ll look like:
When you’re done, press Publish and visit your shared form link to view the new udpated icon.
Note: Due to browser caching, this can sometimes take a while to update for yourself, if you’ve already visited the link before. You can try it in an incognito or separate browser to confirm you’re happy with the result.
To remove the custom favicon, just hit Delete and upload a replacement.
