Add Your Logo
After selecting (and customizing) your form theme it’s time to upload a logo to your form, which automatically includes it on your PDF.
Click the Design button, upload your logo and resize it so it sits perfectly:
Enable PDF Responses
Enable PDF Results in the Settings page and click Sending, where you’ll see a Manage button. When clicked you can enable/disable instantly:
Choose Paper Size
By default all PDFs are generated with a Letter paper size, but we include lots of other standard options such as A4, Legal and other common sizes:
Specify Questions to Include
Generate each PDF with either All Questions, Answered Questions - or pick and choose which to include with Specific Questions:
Add Company Details
No PDF is complete without your company details, use the Header Text/Description box for just this:
Include Descriptions
For generating documents with text such as legal consent, agreements, it’s a great idea to include the descriptions on the PDF to generate the full details of what the client has agreed to:
Delivered via Email
When your form is submitted you’ll get a PDF attachment for a one-click download, and easy reference for future:
If you lose the PDF at any time (such as deleting the email, or simply can’t find it) you can download it again in the Responses Dashboard:
